“I have spent about a month in Gorobella, the main city of Ankober district. Two days per week, I was giving a training to Debre Berhan University (DBU) on galenic preparations, held at the Antinori Research Center, located on the hill next to the one of Gorobella.

My name is Mimi, I am a health extension worker working in the district of Ankober, Ethiopia. As I am from Zoma, a distant village, I am required to walk and take two buses to get to Ankober. I do it because I know there is a chance for me to learn more about malnutrition in order to help our children.

The cultural event, “Collateral effects: Orazio Antinori, a life in travel”, is taking place on the 8th of July until the end of August at the Centro Espositivo Rocca Paolina (CERP) in Perugia. The event has been organized to coincide with the bicentenary of Orazio Antinori's birth, a famous explorer and naturalist of Perugia.
