IPO’s plans focuses on the idea of increasing opportunities: we are working to enhance capacities, values and resources in developing countries, empowering communities and networks of communities. Several organizations are working to solve problems, an approach which is often source of further troubles, whereas they should understand and increase existing opportunities. Since 2004 IPO has been working in Ethiopia, acting directly on the field with ordinary people and medical doctors, researchers, communities and institutions who share the same vision.
