IPO is a not for profit organization working in the area of international cooperation to guarantee equal opportunities to people living in developing countries.
IPO is working in the area of natural resources sustainable management and related health researches and income generating activities.
IPO is sensitive to environmental biodiversity and cultural diversity. IPO is pursuing an idea of cooperation based on human beings and nature respect.
IPO aims at increasing opportunities so that indigenous rights beneficing from them will be accepted, recognized and claimed accordingly.
Plants offer incredible opportunities for human development in two ways : for economic development, because natural resources are valuable goods on the local and global market for which an ethic trade should be implemented, and for health care development, because herbal medicine still constitutes the major asset on which 80% of the world relies for their own medical needs.
IPO believes in fair trade of natural treasures and in development of phytomedicine to help the poorest to access better health care facilities and to make them independent by any external aid.
