PIC: Participation, Information, Culture

A new project is born, its name is PIC: equal participation, equal information, equal culture.
Pic is an open editing periodical: everyone can participate, sending his own articles and photos from everywhere in the world and in any language. Here after you’ll  find a short overview of the project, with guidelines for participants.
